Homelessness Ends With Action
Threshold CoC coordinates the collective response to housing justice for Douglas, Sarpy, and Pottawattamie Counties. We lead a coalition of community partners who work directly with people experiencing homelessness, allies who amplify our work, and change agents who advocate for policy reform. We work together to ensure homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring.
Attend, volunteer, or sponsor Project Connect on Wednesday, October 9th from 10 AM - 3 PM at Baxter Arena - a FREE one-day event for our neighbors experiencing housing instability.
FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
We serve as the collaborative applicant for federal funding for our CoC. Here, CoC partners can find information about each of the opportunities to apply for organizational funding.
FACTS & DATA
Solving the crisis of homelessness starts with understanding it. We collect and utilize national and local data to monitor the magnitude of the problem, develop innovative solutions, and address inequalities.
EDUCATION
Coordinated Entry is how we work together to prioritize the most vulnerable members of our community. Here, agencies working with us can find policies, assessments, and all the information necessary to participate in the Coordinated Entry System.
